We are blessed to be situated on The Never Never River and have 400 metres of private swimming holes where you can linger all day if you wish. For comfort, bring your crocs and your goggles (for turtle sightings), the crystal clear water is filled with tingly minerals straight out of the mountain which is incredibly therapeutic, pure joy and guaranteed to elevate ones mood.

  • testimonials

"Dear Suzi and Dan, thank you for your generosity of spirit, your great sense of style and your warmth. This is one of the best places we have stayed in... In the world! Its a credit to you both and cannot be faulted. Sorry! Everything is perfect! You have thought of everything to the minute detail. Cottonwood, your house, the landscape, its all just beautiful. We look forward to seeing you again very soon."

Linda Gregouou and Dale Van Haven

"Cottonwood Cottage has got it 'right'. As seasoned B & Bers, we have stayed in many beautiful places, but Cottonwood has the fine details down pat! So much beauty in and outside, so peaceful, so relaxing. My Husband appreciated the 'techo' side, enough power points, music and movies. I could have stayed till I read every magazine and book! I guess being the second-only paying guests will be a very short lived title for us. All the best in your piece of paradise."
Scott and Kim Parry-Jones, Central Coast, NSW.

"Waking up and looking at those mountains is truly surreal. What an amazing place - filled with so many wonderful treats for body and mind. So relaxing, so peaceful and so beautiful. Can't thank you enough for your generosity and spectacular style. Thank you so much. Lots of love."
    Rachel & Bianca, Melbourne, Victoria.
